Quick and Easy to Schedule....Private Treatment Rooms are amazing instead of being in large rooms with others. The staff are so friendly and never have you waiting for long period of time. I recommend them highly.

The Therapists we’ve had working with us are well educated and friendly 👍👏 They are a select few who understand that our time is as important as their’s is as there is no downtime waiting past our scheduled appointment times! (I’m sure there might be an exception if by chance they maybe short handed but we haven’t experienced it). The facility an older house that has been converted into a business. It is a beautiful building that is well maintained both inside and out. It has a great view of the Arkansas River from the south side of the building. Inside is clean, has a good smell and beautifully decorated. A big plus for us is it is “Veteran Owned”! We really like to support our veterans.

Great staff and Therapists! They always do such a great job trying to get me back to where I need! I've used them before and after so many surgeries now and I love them! Everyone is so nice and friendly! Highly recommend!

Hello! My daughter was seen at your clinic yesterday by Michael. She is an 11 year old competitive gymnast. She was recently diagnosed with SLJ Syndrome. She was very nervous and anxious about the appointment, and if looks could kill Micheal would have been dead, lol. However, he was amazing and by the end of her visit she was very relaxed and comfortable. It didn't take long for him to earn her trust. When we got home she kept talking about her appointment and how she was excited to come back and was even open to the idea of the therapy he was referring to....with no blood flow. He was kind, patient and never seemed bothered by ALL of my questions. Just wanted to let you know about our experience and how wonderful it was.

Dr. Mike and Hunter worked with me through all 15 visits allowed by the VA referral. Incredibly personable professional men, who always cared how I was feeling overall, not just the shoulder they were rehabilitating. Was very happy with the way they led me through the progression of exercises while they ramped them up gently. I couldn't lift my right arm above my shoulder without horrible pain when I began. Eight weeks on, I've got 95% range of motion back without surgery! Surprised and very, very pleased. Amanda up front was also professional and pleasant, and worked to always accommodate my schedule. Impressed overall with the whole team, and will use them for any PT needs in future.

UPDATE: pics have been updated to reflect their new facility at 328 Northridge Dr E in Van Buren! They moved in May 1, 2026 and it’s beautiful! Same great team, all new location!! Tamra, Hunter & Michael are all three wonderful. So caring and make each individual that walks through the door feel welcome and at home. The facility is very clean, there is typically no wait time at all for appointments and they treat you like a friend. Highly recommend.
